USK CHEMICALS is duly registered and authorized to conduct business, including international trade in petroleum and energy commodities such as crude oil, petroleum products, and related materials, in accordance with applicable Kazakh law and industry standards.
We affirm with full corporate liability that all offers, representations, soft corporate offers (SCO), and contractual communications issued by USK CHEMICALS are truthful, accurate, and legally binding. We accept full legal, financial, and operational responsibility for the accuracy of all information contained in our commercial documents and agreements. Should there be any misrepresentation or breach of commitments, we accept all legal consequences and penalties as stipulated in the applicable sales and purchase agreement (SPA) or relevant contract.
We further confirm that our authorized officers, representatives, and agents have the requisite legal authority, professional expertise, and logistical capability to fulfill contractual obligations under the agreed Incoterms and payment methods (including MT103, LC, SBLC, DLC, or MT199), consistent with global trade practices.
Duly registered entity with official statutory authority to conduct international commerce and export of energy products.
Strict legal and operational responsibility accepted for all commercial offers, SCOs, and sales contracts.
FOB lifting across Rotterdam, Houston, Jurong, Fujairah & CIF delivery to Any Safe World Port (ASWP).
Institutional settlement structured under ICC Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (UCP 600).
